Preparing for Your Newborn Session
Five small things that make the morning of your baby's session much easier.

Book early if you can. Somewhere in the first two or three weeks tends to work best, mostly because babies that age sleep deeply and curl up naturally. If you are already past that window, do not worry — older babies simply give us a different, more alert set of pictures.
On the day, try to keep your baby awake for a short stretch before you leave, then feed them once you arrive. Bring spare nappies, a change of clothes for yourself and anything sentimental you would like in the frame. Everything else — wraps, blankets, tiny hats — is already here.
Expect the session to stop and start. Babies need feeding, settling and occasionally a full outfit change halfway through. That is normal, it is factored into the time, and nobody is watching the clock but you.
